Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager amounts on xbeji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.

General Terms of Use

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

xbeji reserves the right to request identity documentation from any User at any time to verify compliance with the eligibility criteria set out above. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. In some cases, additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may also be requested as part of xbeji's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
Where xbeji has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the age of 18, xbeji reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze any associated balance, and request immediate documentary proof of age. If proof of age is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or if the documentation provided confirms that the User is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full range of xbeji services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number or email address, and any other information that xbeji may reasonably request for identity verification purposes.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. xbeji will rely on the information you provide and accepts no liability for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and must notify xbeji promptly at [email protected] if any details change.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on xbeji. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where xbeji identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, xbeji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets or game sessions, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings generated across those accounts. In cases of suspected fraud, xbeji may also withhold the original deposited balance pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbeji account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. xbeji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered users from the account security settings page.
xbeji will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to xbeji immediately at [email protected]. All activity occurring on your account while logged in with your credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to xbeji prior to those actions taking place.

4.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits to your xbeji account must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. xbeji does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method that does not belong to the account holder, xbeji reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.
xbeji does not charge any fees on standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. International card deposits and USDT transactions may be subject to fees charged by your card issuer or the applicable blockchain network respectively. These fees are not charged by xbeji and are not refundable by xbeji.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are processed by xbeji's payments team on a continuous basis. Most verified accounts using bKash or Nagad receive their withdrawals within 15 minutes of the request being submitted. Withdrawals to bank accounts, Visa/Mastercard, or USDT wallets may take longer depending on the payment channel and any applicable network or banking processes.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, xbeji may require the User to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is not specific to any individual User. The amount you may withdraw in a single transaction and within a given period may be subject to limits which are communicated in the xbeji cashier section. xbeji reserves the right to request documentary proof of the source of funds for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
4.4 Inactive Account Policy
An xbeji account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. xbeji may apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, beginning after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. You will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to xbeji — the inactivity fee schedule will cease upon reactivation.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by xbeji are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are used first when placing bets unless otherwise specified.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your xbeji account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The exact wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the following general conditions apply to all xbeji bonuses:
- Only wagers placed with real-money funds count toward clearing bonus wagering requirements, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagers placed on games with a house edge below 1% — including certain roulette variants, baccarat side bets, and blackjack with optimal strategy — may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) toward bonus wagering requirements.
- Bonuses expire 30 days after the date of issue unless a different expiry is stated on the individual promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
- xbeji reserves the right to withdraw any active bonus at any time in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
5.3 Promotional Changes
xbeji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled before a User has completed the wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account. xbeji is not liable for any inconvenience or perceived loss resulting from the cancellation of a promotion.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
xbeji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the bet is placed in error, the stated odds were published incorrectly due to a technical or human error, or the bet exceeds applicable stake limits for the relevant market. In the event that a bet is accepted in error at incorrect odds, xbeji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on xbeji. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted from time to time. Stake limits for individual users may also be adjusted at xbeji's discretion, including in response to patterns of play that xbeji determines to be inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.
6.2 Settlement of Bets
Sports betting markets on xbeji are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For cricket markets, official results as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant tournament organiser apply. For football markets, official results declared by FIFA, UEFA, or the relevant national federation apply.
In-play bets are accepted and settled in real time as match events are recorded. Where there is a delay between an event occurring and the odds updating on the xbeji platform — due to data feed latency or connectivity issues — xbeji reserves the right to void bets placed during that period if the delay materially affected the integrity of the odds at the time of placement.
6.3 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, connection failure, or software error during any casino game or betting session on xbeji, the round or bet in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake returned to the User's account. xbeji uses RNG-certified game engines provided by reputable studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. In cases of genuine software malfunction, the game provider's records are used as the authoritative source of truth for the game state at the point of interruption.
xbeji is not liable for any loss of winnings or inconvenience caused by internet connectivity issues on the User's side, including but not limited to mobile network interruptions, ISP outages, or device failures. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the xbeji Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:
- Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, charging back deposits after placing bets, or exploiting any technical error or loophole in the Platform's software.
- Collusion and match-fixing: Coordinating bets with other users, sports participants, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event covered by xbeji.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input at the time of each transaction.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational engagement.
- Money laundering: Using xbeji to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime operation. xbeji complies with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Interference with the Platform: Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, hack, inject malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the xbeji website or its associated services.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward xbeji staff or other users through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
xbeji monitors user behaviour continuously using automated systems and human review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, xbeji reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice, including by voiding all open and settled bets placed in breach of these Terms, reversing withdrawals that are pending or recently completed, and referring the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the User
You may close your xbeji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your account. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

In cases where an account is suspended or closed by xbeji due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If, following investigation, the User is found not to have breached these Terms, the balance will be returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, xbeji reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the balance in accordance with the severity of the breach and applicable legal obligations.
